Pilot Brodie Torrance's (Gerard Butler) plane is struck by lightning during a heavy storm and all instruments fail. After the emergency landing on an island, he discovers that the daring landing was only the beginning: dangerous rebels take his passengers hostage. Torrance is left with only Louis Gaspare (Mike Colter), a suspected murderer transported by the FBI, as a helper. In order to save the passengers, Torrance will need Gaspare's help - and he will discover that there is more to Gaspare than meets the eye...
