In October 2019, the biggest protests since the end of the war erupt in Iraq. Khalili, a young filmmaker, is in the thick of it and discovers that his camera is the most powerful weapon of all, capturing things he can barely talk about. Milo is also part of the protests. As a woman, she encounters many restrictions and dangers and finally finds her long-awaited freedom in her brother's clothes. Disguised as a boy, she takes part in the protests. The two are part of a generation that grew up during the war and is now calling ever louder for freedom.
